YEP...The weather the other day was so nice --up into the 60s --that I finally pulled our bikes out of cold storage down in the dungeon , did a little fine tuning (added those xmas -gotten accessories--thanks kids !) and went for the First Spin of the year . Really nice. Remembering a few nice trips last year , I'm NOW stoked up to finally get out and burn off that 10 pounds i keep promising to do . Any assistance in this task is welcomed !
--And let's not forget those other great somewhat-exercise-related sports ---Golf , Bocce ball and tailgate-party Bean bag toss ! With luck , some of these might come to pass Before I see my first Robin !

Other people are getting out there,warming up for the good weather...a special Kudos to Linda ( 399 ) who recently did some high-stepping (big time ) all the way to the top of of the First Bank building in 16 minutes , doing a good deed raising funds for the American Lung Association..

...Actually , it was raining inside also , thru the roof ---obviously I must give some Caulking lessons(maybe as a paid consultant ? $$$ )
